Four Corner Payments’ founders are among a pioneering group of Prepaid industry game changers and thought leaders. They are known for the creative ways they found to evolve prepaid Visa and MasterCard Gift Cards into prepaid cards designed for new purposes including payroll, business expenses, student disbursements, health and wellness programs and more. Many of these purposes resulted in a direct, positive impact on the lives of card users.
Founder and Visionary
Dwayne Jones leads Four Corner Payments with entrepreneurial knowhow as well as years of payment industry experience with Visa and MasterCard. As President of the Best Present Company, which he founded in 1999, Dwayne and a handful of other pioneers essentially created a new industry through their work to establish the Network Branded Prepaid Card Association (www.NBPCA.com), of which he served as a board officer and NBPCA Secretary in 2008-9. Dwayne has been instrumental in innovating many of the products, services and programs that have gone on to become mainstays of the industry today.
John W. James III
Founder & CEO
John’s background includes nearly 30 years of creating and selling solutions that motivate people and move products. A pioneering payments industry business-builder, John has developed patented prepaid that help clients manage payment products and established himself as a sales leader through innovative prepaid program creation. He has also shaped the way prepaid is used to help organizations meet their business objectives. His extensive career has included creating programs focused on improving human performance for several of the world’s largest companies. John received his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications from Pepperdine University.
Lead Counsel & COO
Paul Bryant is a business and litigation attorney who has provided advice to the Prepaid industry for over 15 years. During this time, he has drafted definitive, cutting edge agreements for key industry players. Possessing a deep appreciation for the ever-changing regulations governing Prepaid, he has developed many of the legal concepts and frameworks that have served as the industry’s underpinnings. Awarded a B.A. from UCLA and a J.D. from Loyola Law School, Paul has practiced law continuously for over 25 years.
Chief Product Officer
Onur is founder and CEO of Verisoft Group, a pioneering designer and developer of electronic payment systems hardware and software, encryption systems, smartcards, loyalty and e-commerce systems. An early leader in EMV, Verisoft provides EMV systems software to more than 50 banks in 26 countries. At Verisoft, Onur also oversaw development of the first instant card issuing system in the UK, for Metro Bank, which enabled the issuance of Mastercard credit and debit cards from branches within 10 minutes’ time. Prior to establishing Verisoft in 1985, Onur served as a design engineer creating software systems for a wide range of advanced industrial solutions.
Acting Chief Technology Officer
Greg has been working with banking technology for the past twenty years. In 1997, he built one of the first secure private networks and was instrumental in launching one of the first major e-commerce sites, Britannica. During this time, he designed and built a hosted multi-tenant offering for community banks using the ASP model. In the year 2000 he founded iTeknique, a company dedicated to bringing enterprise class technology to smaller companies, particularly in the financial services industry. He is continually refining the design of his secure private cloud infrastructure and was asked to partner with Dell and Microsoft to architect a new multi-tenant secured private cloud that is one of the first of its kind in the United States. In his time at iTeknique, Greg has utilized his banking experience to design a secure private cloud service for community banks, providing email, web hosting, secure internet, intrusion detection, hosted services, cloud computing and disaster recovery.

Acting Cyber Security Director
JB Carter has been working with financial institutions for more than two decades. She started her career at the investment bank Volpe, Welty, and Company, where she managed the information technology department and designed their security infrastructure. In 2001 she partnered with Greg Hewitt to start iTeknique, a network integration firm, where her primary role has been advising, maintaining and designing cyber security solutions for the Banking sector. She has extensive experience guiding banking clients through yearly federal information technology audits. She brings to FCP both design and execution experience in cyber security.
Tim Misuradze has been designing, building, and selling enterprise solutions to help companies improve performance and drive strategic business priorities for nearly 30 years. He has worked for some of the most admired companies in the world, including IBM, ADP, Korn/Ferry International, and The Walt Disney Company. His background includes an MFA in Acting from the University of Southern California, Bachelors Degree in Business from Pepperdine University, and extensive work with technology companies including DigitalThink, SAVO Group, and Ninth House to leverage technology, custom content and the art of “Hollywood-style” storytelling to accelerate leader development and performance across the enterprise.
